We have our own manufactory named Shandong Huaye Industry&Trade and Shandong Huaye new material Co., Ltd. Our company specializing in galvanized steel with well-equipped testing facilities and strong technical force, . The main products are galvanized & galvalume steel, prepainted steel, flower design steel, wooden steel, corrugated roofing sheet and so on.
Our factory is located in the country's largest thin steel distribution center -- Xingfu industrial zone. Up till now, the factory covers an area over 300, 000 square maters, has 2 color coated steel rolling production line and 2 galvanized steel rolling production line and annual production capacity reached 1, 000, 000 tons.
We introduced the computer programmable color coating production line, with aluminium zinc, hot-dipped galvanized plate as a substrate, the production process adopts two coated two drying leading equipment, mature technology, high precision, advanced detection means perfect. The pulse combustion control technology, the temperature control technology and coating thickness detection technology by the company after improving, more matching with the production line, and the emission standard completely meet or exceed national standards, in the domestic leading level in the same industry.
